Q: How do the ticket tiers work?

Q: Where can I buy tickets?

A: Tickets are only available to buy from our website through our authorised ticketing agent Live It. Please be aware of touts and always purchase tickets from trusted sources.

Q: What if I buy a ticket from a reseller / secondary ticketing site?

We do not recommend you buy tickets from a reseller or secondary marketplace. This includes the major sites such as Viagogo, & Stubhub. You will often pay over the price and can be left out of pocket. Tickets may not be as described, fraudulent, not be delivered or already have been used meaning you get turned away at the gate.

Beer Bop A Lula Festival is not responsible or liable for tickets sold through unofficial or unauthorised sellers.

Q: If I leave the festival, can I return?

A: Yes, as long as you have a valid wristband for the day in question and only up until 9pm

Q: Do I need to wear a wristband at the festival?

Your wristband is either valid for the whole weekend (Weekend and VIP Sponsors ticket holders) or for the day (Day ticket holders). Q: Is there a sheltered area for if it rains?

A: Some of our areas including our main stage are under cover in a large marquee however our second stage is open air. If the forecast is for rain then it might be a good idea to bring a brolly or like us just dance in the rain :-)

Q: Will there be seating provided at the festival?

GENERAL

Q: Is there only beer available?

A: NO!, we have 9 bars serving every drink imaginable!

Q: Will the full list of beers be available all weekend?

A: No, Real ale is a live product and needs time (up to 2 days) to settle after racking and so at the start of the festival all the beers are available but as these are consumed we have to replace them and wait for them to settle again. We can replace beers overnight on the Friday but as with all beer festivals, the variety of the ales reduces as the weekend progresses.

Q: Can my band play?

A: If you would like to apply to perform at the festival, please complete our Artist Application Form

Q: How do I contact lost property?

A: We do keep items left/found at the festival for a few weeks after the event should anyone write in and claim them. The best way to contact us is via the Contact Form.
