If you fill in a contact form we collect data in order for us to respond to your request. If you are an artist, or are a concession requesting to be considered for inclusion in the festival we require some additional information to allow us to assess your application.

We keep information on Artists, Concessions, Volunteers etc on file so that we can contact them if they match requirements for future events.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may contact you to let you know of future events if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please contact us using the main contact form, explaining your request.

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file that carries no personal information which is added to your computer. This site only uses "temporary" cookies which are wiped as soon as you close your web browser. This site only uses cookies for analysing web traffic to improve accessibility through the site by showing us which pages are popular.

We use Live-It Ticketing for Festival Tickets. As the Live-It web site is an ecommerce web site set up to take credit cards, you need to also read the terms and conditions and privacy statements on their web site.
